The SonoPlot Microplotter deposits conductive inks, polymers, nanomaterials, and biological fluids directly onto your substrate. No photomask, no lithography, no etch step. Features from 5 to 200 microns, with 20 to 30 microns routine on most solutions, using materials up to 450 cP.
Ultrasonic Deposition, Not Inkjet
The Microplotter uses an ultrasonically actuated glass capillary. Fluid is drawn to the tip and transferred to the substrate on contact rather than being ejected as a droplet.
What You'd Actually Be Getting
A turnkey benchtop instrument. The robotic positioning system, the controlling electronics, and an integrated camera, with software included. You supply the computer. It runs on a standard lab bench with no cleanroom, no vacuum system, and no facility modifications.
